Naked Communications Sydney managing director Ian Perrin has resigned from the company to take on a CEO role at another undisclosed agency, paving the way for a new management team.
After his departure, the Naked office will be lead by a triumvirate of managing partners. Regional strategy director John Halpin, head of communications strategy Karla Pritchard and head of ideas Paul Swann have been named managing partners.
The move follows restructures of Naked’s management team which were announced last week. The restructure saw managing partner Phil Hayden named as Asia Pacific regional chief executive nadNaked founding partner Mike Wilson appointed chairman of Australia and New Zealand. Naked Australia founding partner Adam Ferrier also added the role of global head of behavioural sciences to his remit.
Wilson said in a statement: “The promotion of Paul, Karla and John to managing partners of the Naked Sydney business is well-deserved, and I look forward to working very closely with them as they lead us into a new and exciting phase. They are all star performers and although they are three extremely different individuals, together represent exceptionally complementary skills sets.”
Naked’s clients include Coca-Cola, Telstra, Sony, Unilever, Weight Watchers and GSK.
