Naked Communications has restructured its Australian management team, with partners Phil Hayden, Mike Wilson and Adam Ferrier taking on expanded remits.

Managing partner Phil Hayden has been named Asia Pacific regional chief executive. Naked offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Singapore, Mumbai and Tokyo will report to Hayden.

He will report to global co-chairman of Naked Communications Steve Gatfield, who is based in New York. Hayden came to Naked after his business Bellamyhayden merged with Naked in October.

Naked Communications Australia founding partner Mike Wilson has been appointed chairman of Australia and New Zealand, while Australia founding partner Adam Ferrier adds the role of global head of behavioural sciences to his existing remit.

Gatfield said: “The changes take effect immediately. I clearly wanted to move Naked in this part of the world to seizing some greater opportunities in APAC. It made total sense to draw on Naked Australia to provide and export its leadership and product innovation , as well as ensuring it continues on its current trajectory. I look forward to being in Australia next week to catch up with the team.”
