Zephyr PR and marketing agency Revolution Creative Group have combined to form Zephyr Agency, bringing public relations, branding, digital marketing, content production and creative services under one roof.

Zephyr Agency will operate from a Gold Coast headquarters and Melbourne office under chief executive Rebbecca Davis, who has more than 20 years' experience in strategic communications and brand development across property, professional services, health, hospitality, technology and government.

Davis said the new brand reflects how the two agencies have already been working together.

“For over six years, we've continued to expand our services and along the way we have uncovered the special synergy that exists when the people writing your media release are working alongside those building your website and shooting your content,” Davis said.

Revolution Creative Group was founded on the Gold Coast in 2020, working with clients including Eco Tan, Decodable Readers Australia, BYD, Flannerys and Palm Lake Group.

It launched sibling agency Zephyr PR in 2022, which has partnered with Artesian Hospitality Group, EVOLT, Telair and the Australian Swim Schools Association.

Zephyr PR acquired PDPR Marketing and Creative, whose clients include Lendlease, JLL, Mirvac, Gelatissimo, NAWIC and KFC in March 2025, and opened a Melbourne office soon after.

Davis said the combined client base has sharpened the agency's read on different industries and audiences.

'We believe that a story that lands in the right publication but doesn't move the needle for the client isn't enough, and a campaign that ticks commercial boxes but has no cultural or media cut-through is equally incomplete,' Davis said.

Zephyr Agency plans to grow its footprint across Australia and international markets.

Revolution Creative Group will continue operating independently, supporting existing client agreements until April 2027.
