21st Century Fox has launched a global media review more than 10 years after its previous global review.
It is putting its film, TV and home entertainment group accounts up for review.
It is believed 21st Century Fox is launching the review in response to a shift in consumer media consumption habits rather than a cost issue.
Globally, and locally, the company works with ZenithOptimedia. However, it is thought Dentsu agency Vizeum also does some work for the media giant in selected markets.
It is unclear at this stage whether there would be a direct media pitch for the business in Australia.
