Katharine Sherlock has joined oOh!media as group sales leader after nearly five years as group investment director at Zenith Media Australia, AdNews can reveal.

Sherlock was previously an investment manager at Mindshare before taking up her role at Zenith, where she worked across key accounts.

Sherlock will now oversee work with Mindshare, Wavemaker and L’Atelier for oOh!media.

“I’ve always loved out-of-home, it’s a channel I have worked on from day one in my career,” Sherlock told AdNews

“I’m looking forward to applying my strategic perspective and strong investment insight across all channels, to help shape and deliver the best solutions for our clients.”

Mark Fairhurst, chief revenue officer at oOh!media, welcomed Sherlock’s appointment.

“Katharine’s deep agency experience gives her a first-hand understanding of what clients need and want from their media partners,” he told AdNews

“She knows how agencies think, she understands the pressures clients face, and she recognises the role Out of Home plays in building effective media plans.

“Her ability to translate client challenges into meaningful solutions makes her an exceptional addition to the business.”
