WPP Media has appointed Kevin Kivi managing director of South Australian operations, overseeing the group’s Adelaide-based business.
Kivi will lead Wavemaker’s local client portfolio, including Mitsubishi Motors, Adelaide University, Government of South Australia, San Remo, Bridgestone, Balfours, Health Partners, Immuron, St John SA and Explora Travel.
“Coming back to Australia to lead our South Australian operations is incredibly exciting,” he said.

Kivi joins with 25 years’ experience across advertising, media and communications, with senior roles in Melbourne, Toronto and New York.
Most recently, Kivi led Horizon Media Canada, launching the agency in 2017 and growing the business 92% in three years.
Kivi has also held senior roles at EssenceMediacom Canada and Mindshare Melbourne.
His client experience includes P&G, Mars Wrigley, Sony PlayStation, Nintendo, Tim Hortons and Burger King.
Kivi also launched True North Executive Coaching & Leadership to help industry leaders make decisions and drive impact in 2025.
Wavemaker CEO Peter Vogel said Kevin’s appointment is a clear signal of WPP Media’s commitment to South Australia.
