Independent growth agency Windsorborn has appointed Squeegee Scott growth strategist.

Scott joins Windsorborn from Salesforce, where she most recently led regional demand strategy, helping improve marketing efficiency and pipeline performance through planning, creative optimisation and experimentation.

Will Reynolds, founder and managing director of Windsorborn, said Scott's experience would strengthen the agency's strategic offering.

"Marketing has never had more channels, data or technology available, yet many organisations are still struggling to connect those pieces into a system that consistently delivers growth,” Reynolds said.

"Squeegee has a rare ability to bring clarity to complexity. She combines strategic thinking with practical execution and knows how to build marketing systems that are measurable, scalable and focused on commercial outcomes. As we continue to grow, she'll play a key role in helping our clients unlock the next stage of growth.”

Scott said the agency shares her philosophy on modern marketing.

"The businesses seeing the strongest results aren't thinking about brand, demand generation and performance in isolation,” she said.

“They're building connected systems that learn, evolve and become more effective over time.

"That's what stood out to me about Windsorborn: growth doesn't come from doing more marketing activity, it comes from aligning strategy, creative, media and measurement. That's where the real change happens.”
