Whybin\TBWA wins Presto creative

By AdNews | 18 June 2015

Whybin\TBWA has won the creative work for subscription video on demand (SVOD) service Presto, following a competitive pitch, AdNews understands.

The agency is thought to have won a four-way pitch to secure the account, with Publicis Worldwide Australia, BWM Dentsu and one other agencies thought to be in the running.

AdNews previously reported that Presto was eyeing a large marketing push, following rival SVOD platforms Stan and Netflix launching into the market. It is thought that commissioning 'loss-leading' pieces of local content will be part of its strategy.

Presto's first campaign was created by BWM and launched in January this year.

AdNews was still awaiting comment from Foxtel at the time of publication. Whybin\TBWA declined to comment.
