AdNews is looking for the most powerful people in the Australian media, marketing and advertising industry. Make your nominations below.

For years AdNews ran the Power 50 – a definitive list of powerful people in Australian media. After a hiatus, we're bringing it back. It's slightly different in form, and is open to anyone who operates in the Australian in media, advertising and marketing industry. They could be from a media owner, a publisher, TV broadcaster, radio network. A media personality fronting an influential show. They could be an agency leader controlling the budgets of Australia's biggest brands, an adtech or data professional driving change, or a creative in charge of one of Australia’s biggest consumer brands.

The list will be based on a multitude of contributing factors; their power to shape and influence the market – and consumers; the scope of their budget; scale of their brand; their ability to create ideas that shape Australian conversations and culture; the impact they have on ratings and to direct advertising spend.

Who do you think wields the most power? And, what do you think power means?

We're taking nominations now - until 31 July.
