Watch Now: Future Now Episode 1 - ‘What just happened?’

By AdNews | 18 August 2020

A McKinsey economist, leading behavioural expert and top marketing strategist tackle the question ‘What just happened?’ in the first of a new series of webinars, which you can watch below.

The first episode of the Future Now series delves into some of the burning questions testing Australian businesses presently, and looks at what companies can do to get ahead and thrive in the coming months.

Hosted by AdNews publisher Assia Benmedjdoub, our first episode features Facebook ANZ’s head of connection planning Helen Black, McKinsey & Co partner Jenny Child and managing director of People Patterns, Bri Williams.

Together they explore what has changed with consumer behaviour throughout a tumultuous 2020, which of these shifts are likely to stick and what it all means for businesses and the broader economy.

The wide-ranging discussion casts a keen eye over everything from the acceleration of digital and how that has changed consumer mindsets, to the impact of remote working on businesses and the need for brands to support the wider community.
