Carat digital director Adam Wade is making the switch to Amobee, taking up the position business director based in Sydney.

Wade has 13 years experience in digital media at agencies in London and Sydney. He served at Carat for six years and prior to that was digital manager at Quantum and held senior positions at The Media Shop and Swiss Watch Co.

Amobee this month teamed up with Twitter to become its official marketing partner. Matthew Hunt, managing director of Amobee explained how Wade's appointment has been designed to coincide with the firm's expansion: “His industry expertise, energy and expansive understanding of the digital marketing industry will be instrumental as we enter our next phase of growth.”

“Adam is exactly the sort of executive we’re looking for to uphold Amobee’s reputation for innovation through product and service excellence,” he added.

Wade said:“I am excited to be part of the next Amobee chapter as we enable companies to fully harness our combination of big data, cloud-based technology and cross-channel advertising solutions. The digital marketing industry is in a period of enormous expansion, and it is fantastic to be part of a team that is at the forefront of moving from mobile to fully integrated, cross channel advertising solutions."
