ASX-listed publisher Vinyl Group has made more redundancies this week, including its CMO Alli Galloway.

“After nearly 20 years in the music industry, I’ve finally earned a badge I hadn’t collected yet: redundant. Turns out, it doesn’t come with a trophy… but it does come with a lot of reflection and gratitude,” she said in a LinkedIn post.

“This change feels like the right nudge at the right time. I’ve always been driven by curiosity, innovation, collaboration and motivating others - and that mission hasn’t changed.

“To my fellow colleagues who were also affected - keep your chin up. I’m just a call away if you need a pep talk or a reminder of how brilliant you are.”

Galloway joined Vinyl Group from Warner Music Australia in 2021.

It is unclear how many roles have been impacted. Vinyl Group declined to comment.

Vinyl Group has also been facing allegations over the termination of The Brag Media founder and former CEO Luke Girgis.
