Outdoor media adtech Veridooh has appointed David Sutherland head of client and partnerships, APAC.

He was most recently general manager of programmatic at QMS where he spent the past nine years. Prior to this he worked at oOh!media and media agencies such as Carat Australia.

Sutherland was one of the first members to join QMS when it launched in Australia and contributed to its expansion in the local market. In his most recent role as QMS general manager of programmatic, he was responsible for elevating the business’ position in digital and programmatic OOH.

Veridooh cofounder Mo Moubayed, said: “We’re hyper focused on keeping clients at the centre of what we do to ensure their long-term success with us which is how we measure our success as we grow. Having David on board means we can better understand clients’ needs and work more closely with them to ensure we’re delivering increased value through our products.”

Sutherland’s appointment follows a significant period of growth for Veridooh which is the preferred verification partner for GroupM, IPG Mediabrands, and Omnicom Media Group.

The company officially launched its UK team in August and expanded its Australian sales and engineering teams to meet the growing demand for its independent verification solution, which verifies digital, programmatic, and static OOH in one platform.
