Tech-enabled influencer marketing agency Vamp has appointed four senior leaders as it expands its service-led model across marketing, creative strategy and paid social amplification.

The hires are Simone Bevan as head of brand and integration, Katrina West senior product manager, Caoilfhionn Blaney client delivery manager and Phi Austin chief financial officer.

Bevan brings more than 14 years of experience across digital, creative and creator marketing, having previously worked at History Will Be Kind and Hopeful Monsters. She will lead Vamp's go-to-market positioning and creative strategy.

Austin joins from Click Media and Blaney is from One Green Bean.

"Our clients' needs are becoming more complex and diverse," said co-founder Aaron Brooks.

“These hires are essential for supporting the next phase of growth, enabling us to continue delivering scaled and sophisticated client services while evolving our 11-year legacy in the creator space.”
