Andrew Harris has joined culture and music agency noisy to lead brand partnerships, following four years at UM Australia as creative connections director.

At UM, he worked on media strategy and partnerships for clients including Lion, Optus, ING, Energizer and Target.

He also brings experience from senior roles at SCA, JCDecaux and Jungle Creations in both Sydney and London.

In his new role, Harris will focus on building brand partnerships that connect clients more deeply with music culture.

“I’m thrilled to be joining noisy at such an exciting time, and to bring my experience in media partnerships, strategy, ideation, and execution to help build on the incredible foundation already in place,” Harris said.

“I’m passionate about the intersection of music and culture and look forward to contributing to a team that’s authentically shaping the future of events, culture, and music media.”

Noisy managing director Harry Wilson said Harris’ industry experience would strengthen the agency’s offering.

“Music is at the heart of everything we do at noisy, and having someone with Harris’ genuine passion for music will overflow onto client campaigns,” Wilson said.

“The smart brands are realising there’s more to interacting in music culture than just putting a logo on a stage, and noisy makes that a reality.”

Harris’ appointment is effective immediately.
