Uber’s Lucinda Barlow, Westpac’s Michelle Klein and Blackmores’ Joanne Smith have joined ADMA’s refreshed Advisory Committee.

Barlow, Klein and Smith bring experience in international brand leadership, digital transformation and AI integration across sectors.

Their appointments follow recent confirmations of David Morgan as Chair, Steve Brennen as deputy chair, and futurist Tom Goodwin as the committee’s first internationally based member.

The full committee now includes senior leaders from MECCA, Woolworths Group, Optus, NAB and Deloitte.

“These are marketers who have shaped brands, driven transformation and built capabilities that set benchmarks for the industry,” said Advisory Committee chair David Morgan.

“Their combined expertise will be invaluable as ADMA sharpens its agenda to equip marketers with the skills, strategies and ethical frameworks needed to succeed in an era of rapid change.”

ADMA CEO Andrea Martens said the expanded committee reflects the importance of the organisation’s leadership role in the sector.

“Lucinda, Michelle and Joanne have led some of the world’s most dynamic organisations and their voices will be critical as we prepare marketers for the complexity and opportunities of an AI-driven, customer-first world,” Martens said.

“They complete a formidable Advisory Committee lineup and we look forward to working closely with them to ensure ADMA continues to shape the future of marketing with responsibility, innovation and impact.”

The Advisory Committee includes CMOs and specialists across behavioural research, privacy, data ethics and digital performance, and is tasked with helping ADMA navigate and guide the industry through complex change.
