Uber Advertising and Omnicom Media Group Australia have announced a partnership involving OMG’s media, creative and commerce agencies.

The partnership gives OMG Australia access to Uber’s ad inventory, allowing it to target over 10 million users through its planning platform, Omni. The deal allows OMG Australia to incorporate Uber’s video ad formats directly into its media plans.

The partnership gives OMG Australia early access to new Uber ad products and added support for its commerce agency Flywheel.

Michael Levine, head of Uber Advertising ANZ, said this partnership with OMG marks a milestone for Uber Advertising in Australia.

“By combining our unique mobility and retail media capabilities with OMG Australia’s advanced audience insights, we’re creating a powerful new way for brands to identify and connect with current and future customers, right at the moments that matter most,” he said.

Marelle Salib, chief media partnerships officer of OMG Australia, said Uber Advertising and Omnicom together supercharges the agency's ability to deliver precision and performance at scale.

“This collaboration not only enhances our media planning capabilities but also gives our clients early access to innovative ad formats that reflect the way people live, move, and shop today,” she said.
