Brisbane based agency TwentyTwo Digital has appointed Ashton Tuckerman managing director, with founder Sarah Pelecanos shifting her focus to strategic projects.

The change follows a strong 2026 financial year, with revenue up 32%, client wins across healthcare, not-for-profit, retail and professional services, and investment in senior staff.

The agency has also appointed Holly Grindrod its first head of client services.

Grindrod joins from fellow Brisbane agency Media Merchants, where she managed client relationships for Amart, Zarraffa's Coffee, Good Price Pharmacy Warehouse, Great Southern Bank and BSR Group.

Head of digital Mikayla Nicol has also joined the executive leadership team, alongside Tuckerman and Pelecanos.

Tuckerman said the appointments were a natural next step for the business.

"We've been intentionally building a business that isn't reliant on any one person, and our new leadership structure reflects that work," Tuckerman said.

"It gives us the capacity to keep growing without compromising the quality of thinking or service our clients have come to expect from us."

Pelecanos, who founded the agency in 2020, said the restructure would free her to focus on strategic projects while staying close to the business.

"Ashton has played a pivotal role in TwentyTwo's growth over the past two years, helping shape the business into what it is today," Pelecanos said.
