Today the Brave has been appointed creative and media partner for Law Partners, following a competitive pitch.
The agency will handle brand strategy, creative, media planning and buying as Law Partners moves into its next phase of growth and brand evolution.
Law Partners has built its brand over more than two decades, helping Australians navigate life after injury or illness.
The partnership aims to strengthen the firm's market position while building a stronger emotional connection with clients at difficult times in their lives.
Jane Merrick, chief growth officer at Law Partners, said the firm wanted a partner that understood its ambition and could connect meaningfully with its clients.
"We were looking for more than an agency partner. We wanted a team that understood our ambition, shared our values and could help us connect more meaningfully with the people we serve,” Merrick said.
"Today the Brave brought together strategic thinking, creative excellence and media expertise in a way that felt genuinely integrated. Working collaboratively with them gave us confidence they were the right partner to help shape the future of the Law Partners brand.”
Competition in the personal injury category is intensifying, with national firms investing heavily in brand building, media and customer acquisition.
Law Partners and Today the Brave will develop a brand platform to differentiate the business and reinforce its people-first approach.
Jaimes Leggett, managing partner at Today the Brave, said Law Partners had built a strong reputation by combining legal expertise with genuine care for its clients.
"Law Partners has built an extraordinary reputation over more than 20 years, combining legal expertise with genuine care for its clients. That's a powerful foundation,” Leggett said.
"The opportunity now is to elevate that story through a distinctive brand platform that creates emotional connection, builds preference and reinforces the trust Law Partners has earned.
“When strategy, creative and media work together from the outset, brands show up more consistently, move faster and create greater impact.
“That's exactly what we're setting out to do together.”
Work on the brand refresh is underway, with the first phase and new communications platform due later this year.
