The Works, part of Capgemini, has appointed Tim Brothers as senior creative.

His previous roles include creative director at TBWA\Raad, senior creative at Innocean Australia and most recently associate creative director at Dig Agency, where he was responsible for the creation of fully integrated campaigns for Hungry Jack’s, Post-it and Command.

Brothers will be leading the charge on creative output with a focus on social and digital creative for an array of The Works key clients including Goodman Fielder, Aware Super, Masterpet, H&R Block and Subaru.

“It’s a particularly exciting time for The Works, with their new growth, and their vision of creating game-changing media-agnostic campaigns,” says Brothers. “I look forward to producing the kind of work that really moves the needle for their clients.”

Creative partner Iggy Rodriguez: “Tim is a great addition to The Works creative department. He blurs the lines of what creative talent can do, which I feel is perfect for the current industry landscape. I’m really looking forward to Tim helping drive innovative ways to help our clients grow their brands.”
