Strategy, creativity and innovation company Three Are One has reached ten flagship clients, with more than 50% of its revenue now coming from outside Australia.
The roster includes Google, The Washington Post, Medibank, Brickworks, News Corp Australia and ClubsNSW. The company operates across seven countries.
"Growth doesn't happen in silos; it's created through the deliberate alignment of commercial strategy, product and proposition innovation and world-class creative activation," said director Brendan Collogan.
"We've architected our model to be globally relevant and to deliver across that entire system, bringing together decades of expertise from client, consulting and creative worlds into a single, unified capability."
Award-winning creative director Stu Turner, whose career spans Cannes Lions, D&AD and Effies recognition, has joined as a director and is leading the company's generative AI work with clients.
"Our mission at Three Are One is to build brands and solutions the world wants. Add in our AI enablement work with Google and other clients and it feels like we're right in the middle of something exciting and relevant," Turner said.
Three Are One was founded on the premise that strategy, creativity and innovation should be fused into a single process rather than separated into distinct departments.
The company has several new generative AI creative partnerships due in the coming months.
