This is Flow is the AdNews Media Agency of the Year, taking the title from a strong field of finalists: Initiative, Hatched and Half Dome.

On stage accepting the award This is Flow said: "We really didn't expect this one, thank you so much."

The judges said: "We were impressed by the agency's ability to raise their profile over the last year, showcased in the significant growth they have experienced. Client retention was strong with zero client losses in the past year. The judges wanted to call out the agencies with an interesting people and culture approach – especially their industry first profit share initiative.”

This is Flow said: “Every year in media, there seems to be a success story creating waves... one that rises above the pack and puts the rest of the industry on notice. Over the last 12 months, from start to finish – it’s been Flow.

“We broke industry trends in commercial momentum and delivered a massive … revenue increase YOY, while remaining commercially savvy in a testing market, increasing gross profit margins.”
