O'Learys.
Creative agency Thinkerbell rebranded the agency to ‘O’Learybell’ in honour of their first employee Emma O’Leary.
O’Leary is moving to become head of people at QT Hotels.
Thinkerbell CEO Margie Reid said O’Leary has been with the agency since day one and has been in large part the secret to the agency’s success.
Thinkerbell co-founder Ben Couzens said O’Leary was the original Thinkerbell COP - head of culture, operations and people.
“She led the building of the agency culture and helped us fill the agency with rituals, festivals and behaviours,” Couzens said.
Thinkerbell chief thinker and co-founder Adam Ferrier said that the thing they will miss most about Emma is her laugh.
"Which is why we have dedicated the bar at Thinkerbell South to be forever named in her honour," Ferrier said.
The agency name change is only temporary, but the O’Leary's bar will keep that name in her honour.
