Thinkerbell has announced a long list of new senior hires and a significant promotion.

Grant Anderson has been promoted to national head production tinker, working across Thinkerbell North and South, and taking control of all production departments.

He also takes control of The Little Green Book, Thinkerbell’s curation and management system of production and implementation collaborators.

New hires are:

Shannon Crowe - Head Creative Tinker. During her time at Clemenger BBDO she developed Snickers Hungerithm, before branching off to work independently with clients, agencies and tech companies all around the world.

Crowe: “I’ve lost pitches to Thinkerbell too many times to remember. Can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em!”

Nic Buckingham - Head Creative Tinker, Lion: Returning to Australia from the US where he was group creative director at David&Goliath. There he was best known for his work on The Grammys, Intel and Fruit of the Loom.

Buckingham: “I love beer, and I love what Thinkerbell are doing so this should be fun.”

Krystel Jenkins (nee Houghton) - Group Head Thinker: 15 years’ experience, most recently from CX Lavender, where she was business head across the Westpac Group.

Jenkins “It’s pure delight to be joining the impressive Thinkerbell team. Looking forward to experiencing and creating many magical moments for our Clients and customers."

Josh Gurgiel - Head Media Thinker: He joins from oOh! Media where he was head of strategic client solutions.

He also spent time at Carat and OMD working across several major film distribution clients.

Gurgiel: “One of the reasons I joined Thinkerbell was I wanted to work in a really creatively driven agency that takes media and measurement seriously.”

Anjana Khallouf - National Head Earned and Owned Thinker: A career PR, content and social expert with trans-Tasman experience. Most recently Head of OMD Create where she was responsible for building and driving OMD Melbourne’s social, PR, content and partnership division.

Khallouf: "My career highlights have always resulted from true collaboration with our creative partners, not us vs. them, so when I realised that this was the magic of Thinkerbell’s model, and that they are the Best PR Agency in Australia for the second year running, it felt like the only place for me to be.”

CEO Margie Reid: “We are delighted to welcome to the family such an experienced and well lauded group of individuals."
