AdNews last year launched the WFH Diaries during the depths of the fallout from the pandemic, a way of sharing how people were spending their days.

This time we're asking for a run down on how everyone likes to start their day working from home. Some dress to impress, others slip on the t-shirt.

And everyone has their own way to carve the day into manageable chunks.

Melissa Fein, CEO, Initiative Australia:

"I start my day at 6am with yoga followed by an invigorating ocean swim, in normal times I have to choose between a swim or yoga but now I can use the commute time to do both.

"Making exercise a priority has always been key to focusing myself for the day ahead.

"My morning potion is a celery juice as I set up the day for success getting through global emails that have come through overnight and indulging in news from around the world.

"The distraction is a very needy 18 month old puppy who requires lots of love and barks at all the wrong times, but I try to take what meetings I can on the go outside to get fresh air and stretch his little legs.

"An upside has been I’m in my sneakers more than my heels which my back is grateful for, a downside is really missing time with the team to celebrate special moments in person."
