AdNews last year launched the WFH Diaries during the depths of the fallout from the pandemic, a way of sharing how people managed their days.

This time, with lockdown running again, we're asking for a run down on how everyone likes to start their day working from home. Some dress to impress, others slip on the t-shirt. And everyone has their own way to carve the day into manageable chunks.

Emma Robbins, executive creative director at M&C Saatchi Melbourne:

"Since lockdown began - in what feels like 1989, I've been getting up with Chris Hemsworth.

"Millions of us actually  - and his Centr Program.

"It's kept me regimented, inspired, and slightly ripped.

"For arm-wrestling COVID. Daily.

"My perfect distraction in lockdown has been our homeschooling kids and their awesome notes under the door asking me when I'm coming out.

"They've faced this whole thing so resiliently.

"They're the upside.

"And the down?

An agency full of riffers and sharers of thinking and stories and ideas and laughs, who are brilliant together - but who've had to spend so much time apart.

"But we will be back.

"Vax up people."
