Independent agency The Thoughtful Agency has been appointed global digital agency for skincare brand Jurlique across western markets, including Australia, the US and UK.
The appointment follows a partnership launched in 2024, when Thoughtful was brought in to manage digital performance advertising for Jurlique’s Australian operations.
Jurlique, owned by Japanese company Pola Orbis Holdings, was originally acquired from Consolidated Press Holdings in 2011. Its global headquarters remain in South Australia, where it operates a biodynamic farm and retail network of 13 stores.
Clint Piper, general manager Western Markets at Jurlique, said the agency had demonstrated its ability to deliver results locally.
“Thoughtful have proven their ability to grow our new customer revenue in the Australian market via their expertise in digital performance advertising,” Piper said.
“We have recently appointed Thoughtful as our global digital agency in western markets covering Aus, USA and UK regions.”
Thoughtful CEO Prav De Silva said the expanded remit would see the agency continue its focus on ecommerce growth through customer acquisition.
“Our initial brief focussed on delivering e-commerce growth through new customer acquisition,” De Silva said.
“The expansion of our partnership into the UK and USA regions is an exciting one.”
The agency will lead planned initiatives in 2026 to boost in-store traffic across Jurlique’s retail locations. Activity will include programmatic out-of-home and advanced CRM integration.
Thoughtful’s other clients include HENNE, St. Agni, Onitsuka Tiger, Rodd & Gunn and Collagen Co.
