The Pistol has appointed two new account directors following a year of client growth and retention.
Rachel Fyfe has been promoted internally, while Amy Peddlesden joins from Impressive Digital, where she held the role of senior client strategy director.
Fyfe, who joined The Pistol in 2021 as a senior account manager, will focus on strengthening client relationships and mentoring emerging account leaders.
Her previous experience includes roles at GrowthOps and FWRD Agency.
“Her approach is rooted in innovation and a relentless drive to deliver meaningful results for clients,” said group account director, Ashley Grey.
“She has successfully led the growth of some of our most complex client groups, while simultaneously nurturing and elevating the team around her. This promotion is a natural next step.”
Peddlesden will lead client strategy and performance outcomes, bringing experience across FMCG, retail and financial services.
She has also held senior roles at GrowthOps.
“I look forward to contributing to our clients’ success and driving meaningful results,” Peddlesden said.
The appointments follow a strong FY25, with client extensions including MARS, Liquor Legends, Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, Forty Winks and Prime Super, and new wins such as Jura, Bosch eBike Systems, and UK retail brands Cotswold Outdoor, Runner’s Need and Snow + Rock.
Both appointments are effective immediately.
