The Media Store has been appointed to handle digital media services for sustainable ride-share company Splend across Australia and the UK.

Under the remit, the independent agency will manage digital strategy, implementation, optimisation and reporting.

The Media Store CEO Stephen Leeds said the partnership aligned with the agency’s focus on results-driven work.

“Splend is an ambitious, Australian-owned brand in the auto category, with significant growth and expansion plans,” Leeds said.

“This growth mindset and commitment to both innovation and customer satisfaction directly aligns with our agency’s culture of achieving genuine, effective results.”

Splend CEO Chris King said the company was looking for a partner able to support its growth and connect with its core audience.

“Splend is aiming to change the way rideshare drivers own and operate their vehicles,” King said.

“As a fast-scaling business, we set out to find a media agency partner who both understood our business model and had the tools and people to work smarter and faster to meet our audience where they are and support our goals for growth.

“In The Media Store we have found that partner, we were impressed with their technology solutions to help find our unique audience and we look forward to producing strong results together.”

Splend, founded in Sydney in 2015, provides access to affordable electric vehicles for rideshare drivers.

It operates one of Australia’s largest EV fleets and aims to help one million drivers access electric vehicles by 2030.

The appointment is effective immediately.
