Independent media agency The Media Precinct has continued its repositioning during COVID-19 with a key hire.

Maddi Ventura joins The Media Precinct to take up the role of integrated media trader and brings experience gained across government clients including Taronga Zoo, TAFE and Transport and Customer Service Departments.

Ventura will work across both planning and media buying.

She follows paid social media manager Kate Farquharson and integrated media manager Mitchell Jansons, both hired in recent weeks.

“We recognise the seismic challenges faced by our industry and by clients," says managing director Glenda Wynyard.

"Our approach is to take decisive steps to build our business and strengthen our delivery for clients and our capacity to do more for them in the future.

“I welcome Maddi to the team and know her insights and skills, drawn from working in a large agency environment, will really add to our team dynamic and output.”

Maddi Ventura: “Having worked in a big media agency recently, I've been able to get my hands dirty across the wide breadth of media, working with very small to very big budgets.

“COVID has inarguably had an impact on the way we consume media. I love working with clients using the latest data and research to ensure we show empathy and responsiveness for clients in the face of this extremely volatile climate."
