The Australian pitch league 2020 - New business revenue down 7.2%

DDB topped creative agencies and spark Foundry media in the Australian pitch league for 2020, according to analysis by consultancy R3

New busines revenue for both creative and media fell 7.2% to $US120 million over the 12 month to December.

The number of wins was 400, down from 500 in 2019. 

New business revenue over the 12 months for creative agencies was almost $US100 million, down from $US90 million the year before. For media agencies the fall was sharper at $US20.8 million, down from $US38.8 million. 

Among creative agencies, DDB emerged to be first in the new business league, followed by Cummins & Partners, TBWA, Isobar and ThinkerBell.

In media agencies, Spark Foundry was first, then PHD, Initiative, Starcom, Zenith, Carat, Omnicom Media Group and Mediacom.
