The final AdNews magazine for 2019 has landed and it includes all the big names.

The Annual takes a deep dive into media budgets; who has the money and where is it being spent. From “story making” to social media, we hear from The Economist CMO Mark Cripps, Dentsu Aegis Network CEO Henry Tajer and Judo Bank CMO Kate Keenan on the topic.

For the cover, DDB Sydney gathered the likes of Publicis Groupe CEO Mike Rebelo, PwC’s Russel Howcroft and The Special Group CEO Lindsey Evans for a photoshoot with everyone “fighting” for a piece of the media pie.

We also reached out to top bosses across TV, publishing, radio and agency land for their 2020 predictions.

Elsewhere, we take a special look into Campbell Arnott’s pitch that saw its account handed to Publicis Groupe.

We also catch up with The Monkeys and take a look back at all the covers for our Cover of the Year competition.
