TFM Summit, Bryon Bay.

Marketing agency TFM Digital has celebrated its fifth anniversary with its annual summit in Byron Bay, NSW, reporting 50% year-on-year growth in media management to $10.5 million.

The agency won 20 new clients this year and was one of only two agencies included in the Australian Financial Review's Fast100 list in 2024.

"The opportunities to bond and share lived experiences over an extended week makes the summit more than an offsite, but an accelerator for our people," said Taylor Fielding, CEO of TFM Digital.

"The energy and engagement were exceptional, and the results are already visible in how we deliver for clients."

The three-day summit brought together 20 staff from Sydney and Brisbane offices under the theme "Think Forward, Move First".

Kelly Burnham, former Atomic 212 group account director, attended her first summit as the company's new head of client service.

"It was inspiring to see the team come together around clarity, culture and future partnerships," she said.

TFM Digital specialises in programmatic advertising, social media and SEO for multi-channel campaigns. Its client roster includes Retail Food Group, Price Attack and Healthia.

The company reinvests 46% of profits into team training and events.
