Cloud-based advertising platform Teads and V, formerly known as VIDAA, the smart TV operating system, have launched a partnership running through 2028, aimed at changing how brands engage consumers on TV screens.
Teads will serve as the exclusive global partner for a 10-day TV home screen takeover during peak season sales across Black Friday and Cyber Monday.
David Kostman, CEO of Teads, said the partnership reinvents how brands connect with consumers on the biggest screen in the home.
"By unlocking exclusive global home screen access during peak retail moments like Black Friday, we are giving advertisers a single, unified point of entry to reach audiences based on screen size and room context" Kostman said.
Guy Edri, CEO of V, said the partnership turns the TV home screen into a discovery hub.
"Collaborating with Teads gives our platform a unique edge by turning the TV home screen into an active discovery hub,” he said.
Through the multi-year partnership, Teads and V are aiming to establish a repeatable global model for seasonal advertising tentpoles, combining hardware intelligence with full-funnel performance during peak shopping windows.
