TBWA\Melbourne has announced the opening of its 2021 Fresh Fries advertising apprenticeships.

The entry-level recruitment initiative is a full-time paid program with two successful recruits working across the agency over a year.

Fresh Fries is now entering its third year with the agency offering all four recruits full-time roles beyond the initial 12-months.

Candidates begin their application via Facebook Messenger to submit an expression of interest. From there they will be prompted with five unique questions and tasks, all done in real-time.

TBWA\Melbourne wants applicants with a passion for creativity, marketing, and advertising – both graduates and those who have taken a less traditional route.

“We are incredibly excited to kick off the Fresh Fries advertising apprenticeship for 2021," says TBWA\Melbourne managing director Ricci Meldrum.

"After the year that’s been, it presents a fantastic opportunity for aspiring creatives and communications professionals in the community to join our teams. The program also ensures we continue to build upon our diverse pool of talent.

“Its aim is to give our apprentices experience across each of our agency teams and all facets of the communication and advertising industry to help them identify their interests and ultimately find the role best suited for them."

The Fresh Fries will work with the business management, project management and production, creative and design, and strategy teams, as well as with TBWA’s PR agency, Eleven.

Applications close January 8 and Fresh Fries starts late February.
