TBWA Melbourne promotes Ricci Meldrum to managing director

TBWA Melbourne executive partner Ricci Meldrum has been promoted to managing director.

Meldrum has more than 25 years in the industry working at agencies including Clemenger BBDO and BMF.

She has spent the last six years at TBWA leading the ANZ account as the regional group head.

TBWA Melbourne and Adelaide chief executive officer Kimberlee Wells says Meldrum is one of the the country's "finest" advertising practitioners.

"Respected by clients, loved by staff and energised by creativity. Ricci will continue to lead the ANZ business in conjunction with her stellar team and will work in partnership with our executive group on broader agency initiatives,” Wells says.

Meldrum's work has been awarded in creative and effectiveness award shows the world over with 23 Cannes Lions across 12 individual campaigns including a coveted Cannes Lion Grand Prix.
