Racing and Wagering Western Australia (RWWA) has released a tender for marketing services to support its wagering brand TABtouch.

RWWA is currently calling for expressions of interests from agencies and/or interested parties to provide:

  • Brand: strategy, campaign creative, advertising and production
  • Media: planning and purchasing
  • Brand activation: sponsorships, ambassadors, retail and key events

The wagering business has an annual turnover of more than $1 billion with a network of 325 TAB retail outlets across Western Australia, a call centre and digital platform through the TABtouch brand.

More than 24,000 racing participants are direct benefactors of the wagering business, which is responsible for ensuring a sustainable future for the Western Australian racing industry.

The year 2021 also marks 60 years of TAB in Western Australia.

RWWA head of marketing Katie Roberts says while the business is performing well, the market remains highly competitive.

“The market has never been more competitive and new market entrants are keeping us on our toes – creating an opportunity for us to shake things up with ad, channel and creative strategy,” Roberts says.

More information on how to apply for the tender can be found here.
