Smooth FM 95.3 has moved clear of 2GB in Sydney, posting a 13.1% share in the GfK Survey 3 results, with 2GB falling 1.5 points to 11.8%.
Across five Australian cities, combined listeners reached 14,754,000, up 6,000 on the previous survey.
NOVA chief executive Peter Charlton said the results reflected the quality of the network's content.
"Smooth has again delivered an outstanding result, with Bogart securing the #1 breakfast position in Sydney, alongside exceptional results across the Nova Network where we now welcome over 2 million national listeners," he said.
Sydney
GOLD101.7 was the market's strongest mover, climbing 1.4 points to 9.0%. At breakfast, 2GB led with 15.6% (down 1.2). Sydney recorded 4,679,000 listeners.
Melbourne
3AW held the top spot on 14.0% (down 0.2). Smooth FM 91.5 gained 0.4 points to 10.3%, while Triple M 105.1 was up 1.1 points to 8.2%.
SEN 1116am was the market's biggest mover, surging 1.7 points to 4.8% and adding 69,000 listeners. 3AW led breakfast on 19.1% (up 0.2). Melbourne recorded 4,789,000 listeners, up 6,000.
Brisbane
Triple M 104.5 led with 13.0% (down 0.3), ahead of 4BH 1116 on 11.8% (up 0.9) and B105 on 11.7% (up 1.3). NOVA106.9 was the market's strongest mover, gaining 1.8 points to 10.4%. Triple M led breakfast on 13.0%. Brisbane recorded 2,263,000 listeners, up 4,000.
Adelaide
5MMM led on 13.3% (up 1.1), ahead of KIIS1023 on 11.2% (up 1.0) and NOVA91.9 on 11.1% (down 0.3). SAFM dropped 15,000 listeners to 295,000. 5MMM led breakfast on 12.9% (down 1.0). Adelaide recorded 1,160,000 listeners.
SCA head of broadcast content Matthew O'Reilly said the results reflected the company's strategy and the strength of its teams.
"On the Triple M Network, we've seen strong momentum in Sydney and Melbourne, as well as number one results in both Adelaide and Brisbane," he said.
"These results are a reflection of the hard work, creativity and commitment of our people, talent and teams."
Perth
NOVA93.7 led on 14.9%, ahead of MIX94.5 on 13.6% (up 1.5) and GOLD96FM on 12.0% (up 0.6). 6PR slipped 1.3 points to 6.5%. ABC Perth lost 29,000 listeners, the largest single drop in the market. NOVA93.7 led breakfast on 17.7%.
Perth recorded 1,863,000 listeners.
CRA chief executive Lizzie Young said audiences turn to commercial radio in uncertain times.
"Week after week, listeners choose commercial radio for news, entertainment and connection," she said. "That consistency matters. It gives brands the opportunity to reach Australians at scale while building the kind of trusted relationships that drive long-term results."
