Supermassive co-founder Simone Gupta has stepped down from her role, after three years with the independent creative agency.

The agency launched in 2023, which former CEO of Havas PR, Simone Gupta, opened alongside former CEO of Havas Host, Laura Aldington and former executive creative director of Havas Host, Jon Austin.

"It's been three successful years at Supermassive, but I've decided it's time to focus on my next chapter," said Gupta.

"I'm proud of what we've built and achieved, and super grateful to the amazing team, our wonderful clients, our partners, and collaborators, and to Laura and Jon. Thanks for the trust, hard work, and support along the way."

The agency recently appointed former TBWA\Sydney head of strategy, Josh Taylor-Dadds, to executive strategy director.

Aldington and Austin said that after three fantastic years helping us build Supermassive, Sim has made the decision to depart the agency and head into a new chapter.

"We’re so grateful to her for the incredible rollercoaster we’ve all shared," they said.

"Whilst we’ve got some exciting plans for the future of the business which we’ll share soon, we want to make today a moment to focus on thanking Sim for everything, sending her Supermassive hugs, and wishing her every success in her next adventure."
