By AdNews | 11 July 2023

AdNews L!VE: Brisbane Amplified will return to the stage on August 22, with headline speakers including Suncorp CMO Mim Haysom, Canstar CMO Sara Tweedly and Entain CMO James Burnett.

The annual conference unearths the opportunities, developments and future outlook for Brisbane's advertising, media and marketing industry. Co-curated with the Brisbane Advertising Association and Brisbane and Advertising Design Club, this year will cover the rise of artificial intelligence, consumer behaviour and the macroeconomic climate, FMCG insights and the development of long-term marketing strategies.

AdNews publisher Assia Benmedjdoub said Brisbane continues to be a pivotal destination in the national conference series, following a sold-out event last year.

"With the Brisbane 2032 Summer Olympics firmly on the horizon and a surge in agencies, consumer brands and media platforms accelerating expansion into the market, it's never been a more exciting time to talk shop," Benmedjdoub said. "The team and I are grateful to the local industry for helping us generate compelling content pillars for the latest conference."
