Independent agency Strat has named Natalia Shore its first general manager, following a run of client wins across Australia and New Zealand.

Shore steps into the newly created role to lead account management, creative, production and operations, supporting the agency’s continued scale.

Her appointment follows recent account additions including DiDi, Amcal Pharmacy and Discount Drug Stores, bringing Strat’s client portfolio to more than 20.

Chemist Warehouse remains a key account globally.

Shore brings more than 20 years’ experience across creative and digital agencies including dentsu, TBWA and AMV BBDO, working across FMCG, finance, tourism and retail.

“We’ve experienced significant momentum across Australia and New Zealand and we knew we needed another strong leader in the mix,” said Strat CEO Adam Hilton.

“Natalia is the perfect combination of creative thinker, operational driver and client champion, exactly the kind of leader to help us take Strat to the next level.”

Shore said Strat’s ‘impressive track record of growth’ made joining the company an exciting prospect.

“I’m passionate about building high-performing teams, strengthening client partnerships and creating work that drives real impact,” she said.

“What excites me most is the agency’s global ambition, building on the momentum already underway in Australia and New Zealand.”

The appointment is effective immediately.
