Media industry analyst Steve Allen has joined independent media agency Pearman as director of strategy and research.
Allen, one of Australia’s best known media analysts, has also been the keynote speaker at nearly every major advertising forum and conference over the years, as well as judge for many industry awards including the Cannes Media Lions.
He was twice voted by Australia’s leading marketers as advertising’s best and brightest media planner/buyer.
His media strategy for introducing Toyota’s Oh What A Feeling campaign to Australia is one of his highlights.
“There is no one else in Australia with Steve’s ability and experience who could fulfill this role - we are excited to have him on board," says Dominic Pearman, managing drector of Pearman.
“Steve’s target audience and media channel analysis are second to none. If the advertising industry had a list of national treasures, I suspect Steve would be very high up the list."
