Independent media company Solstice Media, with titles such as New Daily, 7am, Australian Traveller and InReview, has appointed Tom Fitzgerald national marketing manager.
Fitzgerald has been with the company for three years, credited with launching The Post.
Prior to joining Solstice Media, he worked as senior account manager at TLA Worldwide.
In the role, Fitzgerald will be responsible for promoting One Solstice, the company's national audience network, as a scalable buy across all Solstice Media products
He will work closely with editorial, digital, product, sales and leadership teams alongside external marketing suppliers to build audience and brand awareness.
Solstice Media has grown its portfolio significantly in the past 12 months, adding Australian Traveller Media and 7am Podcast to its stable of news and lifestyle brands, which includes national news site The New Daily.
"Tom will be offering this proposition to the market with the aim of growing subscribers across all titles," said Paul Hamra, managing director, at Solstice Media.
