Smelly Lunch Stories.
Smelly Lunch Stories is returning for another live event to talk about the DEI process.
The series of events is designed to increase the representation of culturally diverse talent in executive leadership across Australia’s marketing, advertising and media industry.
It follows a sell-out launch last year.
The coming lunch and panel event will unpack findings from Smelly Lunch Stories’ first DEI survey, launched in partnership with Urban List.
One in three people in the industry have “felt overlooked for roles, promotions, and projects due to their background,” according to the DEI survey.
Themed Navigating the Stink, the event will take place on August 7 at the Ace Hotel Sydney.
The event is supported by founding partner Urban List, with Ideally joining as a new sponsor.
The panel will feature BMF chief strategy officer Christina Aventi, Independent brand strategy consultant, educator and creator Eugene Healy, IAG executive manager of channel, performance and effectiveness Mark Echo and Mediahub ANZ chief strategy officer and Smelly Lunch Stories co-founder Linda Fagerlund.
