
Australian Outdoor Living has appointed Shout its national digital marketing agency, following a successful trial over.
The decision is part of a broader strategy to consolidate and scale the company’s digital presence across Australia.
“We’re at a pivotal stage,” said Australian Outdoor Living marketing director, Jessica Townley.
“After supporting more than 170,000 households in creating outdoor spaces to relax and entertain, it’s critical our digital strategy reflects the national scale of our business while remaining relevant to the unique needs of each local market.”
Shout will manage digital advertising and SEO for AOL’s core product lines, including outdoor blinds, kitchens, artificial grass, roller shutters and pergolas. The agency also oversaw a major website migration during the transition.
“Shout demonstrated a strong understanding of our vision, bringing agility, technical strength, and a thoughtful approach to the complexities of our business. As we continue to grow, having a dedicated partner to optimise our digital presence and performance is key,” said Townley.

Over the past quarter, Shout has focused on rebuilding AOL’s campaign infrastructure across Facebook and Google to improve performance.
