Seven has released a cinematic opener for its Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games coverage, starting Friday, July 24.
The opener, headlined by Bruce McAvaney, Ariarne Titmus and Matt Shirvington, features Australian medal hopes including Kyle Chalmers, Lani Pallister, Col Pearse, Lachie Kennedy, Cam Myers, Lexie Brown and Nina Kennedy.
Seven's coverage begins at 4.45am (AEST) Friday with the official opening ceremony.
The Games run for 10 days with 200 gold medals across competitions including the biggest track cycling and swimming programs in Commonwealth Games history with 26 medal events in the velodrome and 56 in the pool.
