The Seven Network has secured exclusive rights to the Esports World Cup 2025.
The most popular games in the tournament will be broadcast on 7plus Sport from Thursday, July 10.
The seven-week tournament in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, features more than 2,000 players competing across 24 games for a share of $US70 million.
"By broadcasting the Esports World Cup 2025 on 7plus Sport, we're connecting Australians with a global phenomenon that's redefining sport," said Gereurd Roberts, chief digital officer at Seven West Media.
The 2024 tournament attracted more than 500 million global viewers.
Seven's coverage will include the tournament's opening ceremony featuring American singer Post Malone, plus EWS Spotlight, a two-hour weekly show highlighting the biggest moments including finals matches each Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
"The scale of the competition and the passion behind it make EWC so special," said Mike McCabe, chief operating officer at Esports World Cup Foundation. "Partnering with Seven allows us to bring that energy to life in Australia."
