Martin Sorrell's S4Capital has merged Melbourne-based marketing transformation and customer experience company BizTech it bought last year with its global content practice MediaMonks.

The rebrand announcement follows recent digital transformation work for brands including ANZ bank and Australia Post.

MediaMonks, with BizTech fully integrated, will be scaling up expertise to meet the growing demand of brands looking for an end-to-end solution to fuel digital transformation.

MediaMonks is now an Adobe Platinum Partner, and one of the few companies in the world with five specialisations across Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Analytics.

"With the global team of experts combining user experience, design and technology, MediaMonks is fully equipped to lead brands digital journeys," says Victor Knaap, CEO MediaMonks.

"We can add value throughout the process– from the discovery of what a platform should be, to the defining, and implementation for the best customer experience."

Michael Patishman, MediaMonks’ SVP Solutions, and the former CEO fo BizTech, says the industry referred to BizTech as Adobe Darlings.

"We have been awarded the top partner honours by Adobe just about every year this award has existed," he says.

"In my career I’ve had the pleasure of working with many large enterprise vendor technologies and applications. This experience has given me not only an in-depth understanding of the industry, but also exposure to various cultures globally.

"Now that we integrate with MediaMonks, we can bring creative and engineering together. I am super thrilled for what the future will bring.”

Last month S4Capital annonced it was merging its global content practice with the Mexico-based digital agency Circus Marketing.

The move will expand S4Capital’s content expertise and strengthen its presence in eight cities across the Americas, as well as add a new office in Spain.
