Experience management company Qualtrics has selected ROI·DNA, a Hotwire Global company, part of ASX-listed Enero, as its global digital advertising partner.

ROI·DNA will lead paid media strategy and execution across global and local markets to help Qualtrics accelerate growth and deepen engagement with key audiences.

Qualtrics chose ROI·DNA following a competitive process, citing strong team chemistry and the agency's ability to deliver impact at both global and local scale, as well as its tech-forward approach including proprietary AI tools.

"Qualtrics is transforming how the world's best organisations deliver customer and employee experiences," said Gavin Warrener, vice president of digital experiences at Qualtrics.

"ROI·DNA's technology-driven approach, proven success in scaling global paid media and local market experts on the ground in the markets that matter to us make them an ideal partner as we expand our category leadership."

The partnership will focus on driving measurable outcomes through integrated digital campaigns across paid search, social and programmatic channels.

"At ROI·DNA, we're passionate about helping ambitious technology brands reach and engage the audiences that matter most," said Brian DeHaan, senior vice president of growth and client services at ROI·DNA.

"This partnership with Qualtrics demonstrates how we combine AI and tech smarts with human experts on the ground to deliver innovative digital marketing programs that connect brand purpose with measurable business results worldwide."

ROI·DNA is a full-service B2B digital marketing agency that has helped drive more than $14 billion in revenue for technology companies including AWS, Cisco, BeyondTrust, Flexential, Salesforce and Nerdio.
