Man of Many, The Australian men’s lifestyle publication, has appointed seasoned digital editor and strategist, Rob Stott as editor in chief.
Stott replaces Nick Hall, who left the business at the end of 2025 after six years.
The appointment marks a shift for the publisher, as it moves to evolve its editorial voice and expand its multi-platform footprint.
Stott will lead a major strategic push into original video and audio content, targeting growth across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram and podcasting platforms.
This expansion is designed to meet the rising consumer demand for high-production visual storytelling and immersive audio experiences.
“Man of Many has been Australia’s premier men’s lifestyle brand for over a decade now, and I’m thrilled to be joining as Editor in Chief,” Stott said.
“I’m very fortunate to be taking the reins at such a well-established brand, with a well-deserved reputation for creating highly relevant, culturally connected premium content for Australian men.
“There are huge opportunities for growth in this space, and I’m very confident that the team has the skills, passion and vision to carry Man of Many into the future.”
Stott brings nearly 20 years of experience to the role, having held senior editorial and leadership positions at The Australian Financial Review, Apple and BuzzFeed.
He previously spent several years at Junkee Media, where he served as managing editor and editorial director, before taking on the role of deputy head of editorial operations at the AFR.
“We’re thrilled to welcome Rob at a defining moment for Man of Many,” said Co-founders Scott Purcell and Frank Arthur.
“We’re building a truly multi-platform brand, expanding from world-class editorial into podcasts, exclusive memberships, and a growing slate of live experiences.
“That evolution creates exciting opportunities for partners who want to engage audiences in more meaningful, high-impact ways.
“Rob brings the strategic clarity and creative leadership to connect these channels into a cohesive ecosystem, and his experience in multi-platform storytelling makes him the ideal person to lead Man of Many into its next phase of growth.”
